What is an Insulation Inspection?
An Ecogize insulation inspection is designed to provide you with piece of mind about the safety of your home and family. Our qualifed assessor will enter your ceiling space and check 2 key aspects of your insulation installation.
- Could the installed insulation cause a fire in your ceiling?
- Is insulation correctly installed around electric exhaust fans, halogen lights and hot flues.
- Will the installed insulation effectively insulate your ceiling?
- Are there excessive gaps and was the correct type of insulation used.
Our assessor will explain any issues to you and provide you with a written report.
Inspection Charges
- $150 if access is via a fully sized manhole cover.
- $200 if access is via a tiled roof.
